Rate: Hourly, expenses covered

Other information: ?My include oversight of mid-levels. Minor outpatient procedures, splinting, sutures, skin tags, etc. Perform medication management, diagnosis and treatment of family practice patients from infant to Geriatric. No OB. Oversight of State Children's Vaccine Program.
