Description
VISTA's client needs outpatient coverage at two locations, working two days per week at each. Are you available?
Location: Wisconsin
Training: Family Medicine
Duration: Ongoing while hiring
Board requirement: Board certified
Schedule: Cover 2 locations
Shifts: 4 days coverage/36 hours (2 days each site)
Hours: 8am-5pm - 9 hour shifts
Procedures: Outpatient procedures for adults, pediatrics, newborn care
Census: 16-18
Type of facility: Clinic
EMR: EPIC Systems
License requirement: Must be WI licensed before presentation
Privileges: 90 days
