Board requirement: Board certified
Shift Responsibility: Flexible schedule between clinic scheduled surgery days standard General Surgery procedures only
Average scheduled surgeries per surgery day: 3-8 cases
EMR: Meditech
Trauma level: 4
License requirement: Must be WV licensed before presentation
