• The opportunity exists for a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Family Practice physician with a passion for clinical medicine.
• Multiple openings
• The successful candidate will work in an outpatient setting within a Health Center. 
• The facility is part of a system which provides care to the underserved population and qualifies for the NHSC (Score of 21) & Federal HPSA Loan Repayment Programs. Hospital referrals are through a 450-bed hospital with a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center.

• They are a not-for-profit faculty practice plan owned and operated by physicians consisting of more than 400 + providers who represent all the major medical and surgical specialties and sub- specialties. They are an affiliated academic practice for Creighton University School of Medicine and the University of Arizona College of Medicine and in partnership with the area’s most comprehensive teaching system.
