• Join one nephrologist and a CRNP
• Office is open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• 4.5 day schedule
• Half day outpatient / Half day hospital rounds
• Call is 1 in 3 weeks/weekends
• Medical Directorship of one dialysis center
• The group admits to only one hospital; average census is 15- 20
• Salaried position with full benefits; $220K, plus sign on bonus ($30K)
• Partnership offered after 2 years
• The group covers malpractice, relocation allowance, family health/dental/vision, fuel allowance, auto repair, cell phone, 401k, pension plan, vacation, 2 weeks CME and more
