Location: Longview, WA
Rate: Hourly plus exp
Start date: Jan 9, 2023
LOA: Jan – April, extension likely
Schedule: M-F, 8-5p, No call
Certs: BC/BE IM, FM. BLS
Cred: 90 days.
Other info: Vaccination, Ages 18+, 20-22 ppd-20 minute visits. Epic EMR. Position is in Longview, WA but if have OR license that is of great interest. Clients has locations in Both WA/OR and would like to utilize Locum as needed. Must be experienced with video and tele-pc visits.

Great chance of extension. Great client with clinics as well close to OR border. Always looking for dual licensed Locums with OR/WA licenses. Will accept WA and help get OR license
