Location: California
Specialist: Nurse Practitioner
Board requirement: Board certified
DOT certification required
Schedule: Tues-F 7a-5:30p with occasional Saturdays 8a-2:30p every 2-3 months
Census: 17
Type of facility: Two clinic locations
EMR: Cerner PCA
License requirement: Must be CA licensed before presentation
Privileges: 3 weeks
