Description
VISTA's client needs 6 months outpatient clinic coverage starting in January! This position has the option to extend for continued ongoing coverage. Are you available?
Location: California
Training: Family Medicine /Internal Medicine
Duration: Ongoing for 6 months with option to extend
Board requirement: Board certified , PECOS enrolled
Schedule: 40 hours per week / preferably Mon-Friday 8hr day / will also do 4 days per week @ 10 hours / no on-call
Shifts: 8 hours
Procedures: Joint injection, trigger point, preferred but not required
Types of Cases: Chronic care, multiple complexity, high volume of diabetic, HTN, COPD, CHF
Census: 18 minimum
Type of facility: Clinic
EMR: Cerner Ambulatory
License requirement: Must be CA licensed before presentation
Privileges: 30 days minimum
