• Hours: M-F, 8-5
• Call/Weekends schedule: shared w/others in specialty
• Number of Oncologists working with:  one other
• Nature of need: doctor leaving combined with growth
• Average number of patients/day: 15-35
• All specialties available for consult
• 80 providers in the multi-specialty group
