  • 5 OBGYN's on staff
  • Reason for recruitment:  2 physicians have retired
• Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital)
• Schedule/Volume:
  • Expected Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8-4:30, Friday 8-12
  • Anticipated volume 
    • Average 20-25 patients/day
    • Mix of patients
  • Average total month for deliveries
    • 45-50 for total group
  • Credentialed at 2 Hospitals
  • OB services to Gyn Services
    • 50/50
• Hospital Details:
  • Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time
    • Both, but eligible for block time after 6 months
  • Surgical Robotics available
  • Level 2 Nursey, more specialty care
  • 2 infant ventilations
    • Will stabilize, but if requires more than a few hours, patient will go to higher care.
  • No Midwives or Laborists currently

• Each physician chooses to take their own practice coverage, but the others will cover at any time.  RE: you can say I just want to take 5 days of my own practice coverage this month and the partners will cover.
