General internist or family medicine physician to provide clinical/outpatient services that specializes in geriatric and complex adult medicine. The physician will join a primary care internal medicine team consisting of 8 other physicians and 2 advanced practice providers and a senior services group consisting of specialized advanced practice providers and other physicians to support our skilled nursing facility team.
