Hospital:
      Physicians will take 2^nd Call, the midwives are on 1^st call. 

Office Details:

      3 physicians and 3 midwifes on staff.
         Monday- Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM.

      Retirement- Can contribute starting first day of employment. Employer matches up to 5% of salary after 2 years with the company.
      CME funds- $1500 annually

      Site qualifies for loan repayment though the NHSC.

Productivity Bonus: Any visit over 300 in a month’s time will award the MD an extra $15 per visit.

Quality Bonus: We have Quality Indicators and based on the number of indicators met Physician will be eligible for a bonus up to $5,000 every 6 months

Compensation:
      Based on experience. $325,000 - $350,000
      Relocation Package based on location. $10,000 - $15,000
