• 10 days of call per month
• Joining 1 other Nephrologist 
• Be part of a large, successful 40 physician practice based out of Dallas 
• Outpatient only
• There is currently only 1 Nephrologist in a 3 county area with a population of 110,000
• There are 40 PCPs in the market to support the new Nephrologist
• Medical Center provides inpatient dialysis to support the local nephrologists and community
