BC/BE EM Physician needed in Roanoke Rapids, NC
ASAP - ongoing
Shift options: 7a-4p, 11a-8p, 5p-2a, and 10p-7a
204-bed community hospital
26-bed emergency department with 6 designated Psych beds
4-bed convenient care staffed by one Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant and an RN or Paramedic
24-hour Hospitalist and Radiology coverage
Procedures required: Suturing, assessments, radiology, lab and CT interpretation, foreign body removal, limited ophthalmology, muscular skeletal, infectious processes
Avg # of patients/day/provider 12
Avg # of admissions/day 6
Annual Volume- 20,000 Ed visits (estimate)
EMR Epic
BC/BE EM, NC license, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS and COVID Vaccine - Required
