Practice Overview:

Compensation and Benefits:

– 180K – 250K salary, commensurate of experience
– Up to 35 percent of Net Incentive – 400K potential
– Up to 75K “retention” bonus, payable over 5 years
– PTO: 3 weeks
– Sick leave: 5 days
– 7 National Holidays
– CE Allowance: 2,500
– 401K with 50 percent ER match after 2 years (up to 6 percent)

– Iowa – Des Moines, Emergency Dental, can do 1-7 days per week, great additional income
– Wisconsin – Appleton, trendy community, community health, 175K salary, loan assistance
– Missouri – Rolla, Community Health, up to 200K salary, 10K sign on
– Mississippi – Ackerman, Private Practice, 235K plus
– Michigan – Largest network of community health centers in the state, multiple locations available, 220K plus
– Oregon – Burns, private practice of 50 years, teaching site of OHSU, 275K
