Locums Adult Nurse Practitioner Needed For Brooklyn, NY!!
Reason for Coverage - Resignation
Coverage Dates: ASAP - Ongoing (till Perm is found)
Work Schedule - Mon.- Fri. 8:30-4:30p (Maybe some Flexibilty)
Average Patients/shift - Adult only !8+
Types of Cases - Diabetes, HBP, Obesity, Asthma
Support Staff - RN, LPN, PCA, & Health Coach
Required Certifications - NYS Medicaid
