Beaverton and Portland, OR (may float at 3 sites that are within 20 miles of each other)

Mon-Fri 7a-4p or 8a-5p - shifts TBD
1 to 3 shifts a week likely REQUIREMENTS
Active OR license
Active DEA
BLS or ACLS certification
DOT certified - a must!!
Must Suture
