Description
A health services network on Long Island is actively seeking a new, licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Associate (PA) for a great opportunity with their Primary Care team at one of their facilities in Nassau County.
Responsibilities:
The Primary Care NP / PA will:
- Treat and diagnose medical conditions
- Revise and prescribe medication regimen
- Provide patient education
- Complete other tasks, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Active NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Associate (PA) license
- Family and/or Primary Care background
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
