Pleasant Valley Hospital has an opening for an ENT physician. This opportunity provides a five-year employment based model with an OUTSTANDING BASE SALARY of $450,000 plus great potential for a wRVU BONUS and Performance Incentives. Although this is a single practice, we value and recognize the importance of family and work-life balance. To that end, call can be arranged to fit the need of the individual candidate.

Pleasant Valley Hospital is located in historic Point Pleasant, WV which is on the border of Ohio and only two hours from Columbus. It is less than one hour from the larger WV cities of Charleston, Huntington and Parkersburg, WV. The town population is approximately 5,000 and the county's population is approximately 25,000. However, our service area reaches over 60,000. Otolaryngology is a significant unmet need in this community and that need will generate a very successful practice.
General Offer:
•  Salary: $450,000
•  Bonus: WRVU Threshold and payment above net income
•  Sign-on: $50,000
•  Student Loan Assistance: $100,000 over five years
•  CME: $3000 annually with 5 Days for attendance
•  Relocation: Up to $12,000
•  PTO: 31 days including 7 Holidays
