Description
Great opportunity for a Family Medicine Medical Director in Northern, CA. This position is full-time and permanent with hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday. You’ll be responsible for ensuring medical protocols are followed, assessing needs for continuing education, guiding and supervising staff and leading any necessary provider staff meetings. Ability to resolve any medical related issues, monitoring clinic operations, including administrative functions, assist in budget and operational planning and be the lead spokesman for the medical staff. This role is 60% management and 40% clinical.

Requirements:
·     Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
·     Active medical license for state of CA
·     Current DEA registration
·     Required MD or DO.
·     Leadership experience is a plus, willingness to learn.
·     Invested in helping team excel and provide leadership
·     Current BLS and ACLS certificate
·     Must meet current medical CE requirements at all times.
·     Great ‘bedside manner’
·     Passionate about serving the underserved.
·     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·     Ability to collaborate with team as needed.
·     Comfortable working independently.
·     Passionate about delivering high quality, value based care.
