• Hospital employed General Surgery position - Southern Idaho
• J-1 visa eligible (can sponsor for 2023 or 2024 start date)
• Joining one established general surgeon.  They have a 2^nd surgeon retiring in upcoming months so it will be replacing this surgeon.
• Expected case mix will be bread and butter general surgery and endoscopy.  Facility does not have a robot yet but is considering this in the future. 
• Call is 1 in 2 but is very light as this is a rural facility.
• Typical hours are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5pm
• Salary range will be around $425,000 - $450,000 plus negotiable sign on, relocation and loan assistance through state grants that are not taxable (depends on your needs). 
• WRVU bonus model with high upside. Currently paying around $80 per WRVU.   
• Current medical staff is made up of 2 General surgeon’s, 6 Family medicine doctors, 2 Internists, 2 NP's, 1 PA, 3 Consulting orthopedic surgeon and many other consultants in other specialties. 
• Located in Southern Idaho only 45 minutes from Twin Falls and just over an hour to Pocatello, ID.  Nearest airport is in Twin Falls.
