General Surgery - Southern Illinois only 70 miles to St. Louis, MO

• Hospital employed practice near St. Louis, MO – bread and butter general surgery
• 134 bed regional hospital with full sub-specialty support including stroke center and Cardiac surgery
• Base salary guarantee with WRVU & quality incentives bonus
• Salary range of $400,000 - $425,000.  Signing bonus and relocation bonus. $450K plus if 10 years of experience or more. 
• Davinci Robot available in-house
• Call is 1 in 4 with potential to move to 1 in 5. 
• 250,000 population services area covering 9 counties
