Group is over 70 years old and has 10 physicians and an excellent nurse practitioner
2 openings. 1 is growth related and 1 is a retirement.
Group has two area locations
Board Eligible/Certified – American Board of Pediatrics is required
Competitive salary range with minimal buy-in for partnership.
Position is 100% outpatient pediatrics with zero call. There is an option to do some newborn rounding at the local health system if interested.
Base salary starting around $225,000 per year then will earn in the $275,000 - $325,000 range after established
Very collegial group that focuses on helping each other achieve the best care and outcomes possible for their patients
Group follows AAP/Bright Future guidelines and conducts PCR Covid/flu/RSV and strep testing in-house.
Group has installed negative pressure rooms to provide the safest care possible. They utilize spirometry for asthma diagnosis and management and have some of the best pediatric vaccination rates in the state of Montana.
Full-time lactation consultant available free of charge to any patients who need this service.
