Job 45835 Permanent Opportunities - Two Opportunities Humboldt County, California NP or PA Need: NP/PA for Family Practice/Primary Care - Outpatient Clinics - all ages Fulltime 40 hours per week No call Patients per shift: 18 No rounding required BLS, PALS Includes some Chronic Pain Management Chart closure within 72 hours Minimum Patients per day - 18 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Mix of peds/adults PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II No new grads, must have 2 to 3 years of experience Active DEA needed before start Credentialing takes 30-60 days (six weeks is standard for Locums who submit app./documents timely) If you are interested in hearing more about these position, please send resume/CV and call or email.
