DESCRIPTION: I am looking for an Ob/Gyn for multiple locations.

• 24-hour beeper call shifts

• Shift times may vary. Could be 7a to 7a or 8:30a to 8:30a- or similar

• Locations: 

o Midland- around 60 deliveries a month

o Alma/Gratiot- around 40 deliveries a month

o West Branch- around 10 deliveries a month- CRNA Model

REQUIRED:

• MI License, DEA and Cs3. IMLC considered.

• BC/BE 

• Residency from ACGME approved list

• Clean NPDB
