DATES/DETAILS: Location: Wilmington, DE Need: April 22, May 13, 2022 Nurse Practitioner Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 pm, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch Job: Primary Care NP for adult population. Acute episodic car for onsite wellness center. Must have COVID vaccine. Clinic averages 10 patients per day EPIC EMR and also light occupational health (office setting) utilizing OHM EMR.
DETAILS Location: Selbyville, DE Dates- Sporadic May- Nov shifts Shifts- 8am-5pm some 10-7pm shifts All ages- Ages 2 and up 16-18 patients per day Paper Charting OPEN SHIFTS May 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (8am to 5pm) June 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 8am to 5pm (10am to 7pm 6/27) July 3, 8am to 5pm Aug 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 8am to 5pm (10am to 7pm 8/22) Sept 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 8am to 5pm (10am to 7pm 9/19 Nov 20, 21, 22, 24, 8am to 5pm (10am to 7pm 11/21)
