Full-time emergency medicine physician to join our robust team of physicians and highly-skilled advanced practice practitioners and support providers.

• Guaranteed salary is competitive starting at mean of MGMA; plus profit sharing and quality bonuses

• Schedule: Twelve, 12-hour shifts per month (up to 144 hours/month); extra pay for extra call
• Facilities details: Newly-renovated 24-hour emergency department with 24 private patient treatment rooms; rooms are equipped with Advanced Cardiac Monitoring Systems and feature computers at the bedside for nurse documentation; hospital physicians’ lounge with meals provided; and a 24-hour hospital employee gym

Requirements:

• Completion or upcoming completion of emergency medicine residency
• Required Certifications/Licensures: Board certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 4 years

Employed Positions. Hospital-owned physician practices-treat them as if the MD is the owner. They negotiate a salary based upon MGMA figures, which is paid to the physician monthly. At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice – as he would if he owned the practice. They do not charge a fee for running the practices. As far as they know, They are the only hospital that operates this way. The physician also receives full benefits including paid malpractice, benefits package, relocation, CME allowance. Residents that wants to make an early commitment, they will pay him/her a monthly stipend to help with expenses through the duration of training.
