Physician / Family Practice / North Carolina / Permanent / Family Practice Physician needed for a clinic 45 min north of Durham, NC Job

Family Practice Physician - outpatient practice opportunity in northern North Carolina just 45 min north of Durham. 

• 4 day work week - off Monday - work Tuesday through Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch from 12:15 to 1:15
• Call schedule is on a rotating basis – one week call after hours call schedule every 4-5 weeks
• Family Practice Physician to join an integrated approach team
• All out patient 
• Must be able to see all ages
• Ped’s, Adults, Geriatrics – chronic care visits, well child checks, hospital follow-up’s, acute care needs
• Opportunity to take over medical directorship in the future
• Competitive base salary - based on exp
• Loan repayment options, high needs service bonus options if loan repayment isn’t needed.
• Relo is done on a case by case basis, $2500.00 annual CME, 5 days (40 hours) CME time annually, 10 paid holidays, 20 days PTO accrued annually for the first 2 years of service, and contracts are for 2 years
