• Hospital-employed OB/GYN position with a community-based, patient-centered, not-for-profit organization

• Collaborative Midwifery Group, OB Hospitalist Team, GYN/ONC, and MFM
• 4-Day Work Week: 3 clinic days and 1 OR day
• Est. 25 patients per day; the group averages 30 deliveries per month
• 1:5 call
• State-of-the-art facilities; EPIC EMR
• 2-3 exam rooms per provider, 3 procedure rooms, 3 NST rooms, 1-2 designated medical assistants, and more

• $685,000 Total Compensation Earnings
• $376k guaranteed base + wRVU production bonus in the 90%
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
