NP / Family Practice / Oregon / Locum tenens / New Locum Tenens Family Practice NP/PA Opportunity Job

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice NP/PA to help out as a locum tenens provider to assist the current healthcare team. The Family Practice NP/PA will be responsible for providing primary care to patients at the clinic, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, performing physical examinations, prescribing medications, and managing patient care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical examinations and take detailed medical histories.
  • Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Patient Volume (average 2 patients per hour)

Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or PA-C
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a primary care setting
  • Comfortable working with patients across the lifespan

Other Information:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday or 4 ten-hour shifts (PT or FT)
  • Call Schedule: No weekends, no call
  • Clinic Setting: Outpatient
