We are looking for a Pediatric MD/DO for outpatient clinic & Hospital Call.REQUIREMENTS: ? Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): BLS; possibly ACLS and NRP ? Education Requirements (particular Residencies, particular Fellowships, etc.): Ped Residency ? Board Certified Required: Ped boarded, will consider truly board eligible with sufficient experience ? ? ? Specific Specialty Board Required? ? ? ? If BC is not required, Number of Years of Board Eligibility Allowed since Residency/Fellowship Completion (0-3 years, 0-5 years, etc.): ? IMLC State: Yes ? Active State License Required? WA license or IMLC eligible/qualified ? CSR/DEA Requirements (State or Client): WA DEA ? Vaccination Requirements: COVID vaccine required to work – no exemptions.
SCHEDULE: ? Coverage Dates and Start Date(Specific, long term only): 6/5/23 target start for 6 months or until perm in place ? Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p outpatient clinic (Wednesday is an admin day) ? Minimum length of commitment requirement? 3 months ? Minimum number of shifts required per month? 2 weeks per month if complementary candidate found ? Call Schedule/Responsibilities: up to 6 days of call per month including weeknights and weekends; call will include hospital consults PRACTICE DETAILS: ? Patients per Day/Volume: 15-18 ? Type of Patients/Cases: children 0-18 years old ? Procedures/Cases Required: none requested ? Support Staff: will work with other physicians and nursing staff ? Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: No ? EMR: EPIC – must be proficient ? All Travel Expenses Covered
