Description
BC PSYCHIATRIST needed in Wernersville, PA (Psych Telehealth)
On site for 2 weeks for orientation then 100% remote
8AM - 4PM (mandatory 30-minute lunch - 7.5hrs per day)
Interviewing patients
Reviewing patients' records
Writing physician's orders
Writing progress notes
Meeting/speaking with families/significant others
Consultations with other physicians and professionals, psychiatric treatment team
Providing direct treatment services
Holding treatment team meetings
Preparing assessments, reports and forms (discharge summaries, MA forms, SSI forms, etc.) in accordance with current regulations and survey standards as required on patients examined and consultations performed.
Reviewing lab results/test results
Alerting staff of unusual circumstances, medication management
BC Psychiatrist, PA license, BLS, DEA, Valid Medicare/Medicaid ID, and COVID vaccine required
