DESCRIPTION: Dates: 5/8/23 – Ongoing for 6 months Schedule: M-Th 4/10hr. per week. Need is for an Admission NP. The main role for this position is as follows: Meeting patients when they admit to OSH, followed up with an H&P in the first few days. Research other charts from hospitals, country jails and community placements for health history and inputting the information into our EHR Tend to see 2 patients per day.
