Job Summary

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our regional medical center in Northwest Wisconsin. Our medical center serves patients from 7 counties in Wisconsin and Michigan and staffs over 60 full-time physicians and specialists dedicated to providing quality care to our community.

Job Highlights

• The patient load will vary depending on the FM/IM designation with clinic patients ranging from 14-18 per day

Financial Highlights

• $480,000 Earning Potential Year One!
  • Competitive compensation package that includes a base salary + $20k quality bonus and call pay ranging from $20-30k
  • $100-150k signing bonus and a student loan repayment program (can be part of the sign-on bonus if preferred)
  • Candidate will also receive a relocation bonus of $10,000, health insurance premium paid in full by the medical center, a CME allowance of $4,000, and licenses/dues/subscriptions up to $1,500
