Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or OB/GYN Physician located in Lake Powell AZ for a Federally Qualified Health Center setting.We will accept permanent placement applicants. Please see the details below to apply! Requirements:

Certifications: Must be BE/BC Facility Details: Details of the Opportunity: Seeking a Family Medicine Physician with OB experience or an OB/GYN Physician to work in an FQHC setting Schedule/Volume: 1:4 schedule
Outpatient with deliveries in hospital Additional information: 40 Hours of Sick Time Annually
