• Requirements
  • Board Certified Cognitive Neurologist
    • Will consider a General Neurologist with experience in cognitive and memory disorders
  • Active CT License
  • 3-5 Years of Neuroscience Experience
• Support Staff
  • 1 APP
  • 2 Neuropsychologists
  • 1 Social Worker
  • Support Staff
• EMR
  • EPIC
