Description
Job Title: Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Location: Northern Montana Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent/Employed
Overview: A growing practice in Montana is seeking an experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our collaborative multi-specialty group. The successful candidate will provide high-quality women's healthcare services to our patients and be a key healthcare team member. Our OB/GYN department averages approximately 300 deliveries each year. Position Highlights: - 4.5-day work week (3.5 days in the clinic and 1 day in the OR)
- Collaborative and collegial team of multi-specialty providers, including family practice, internal medicine, general surgery, radiology, psychiatry, and more
- Competitive base salary of $400,000 per year
- $30,000 sign-on bonus + relocation package
- State-of-the-art rural health clinic offering each physician (4) dedicated exam rooms and a private office with window views; shared minor procedure room and ultrasound onsite
- Comprehensive full benefits package
- Ability to practice in areas of specialized interest in addition to OB/GYN (such as sacral neuromodulation)
Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive Obstetrics & Gynecology care to patients in the clinic and operating room setting
- Conduct prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care for patients
- Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures as needed
- Manage a patient panel of 14 patients per day on average
- Conduct an average of 3-4 procedures per week
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications: - Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Eligible for Montana state medical licensure
- 2+ years of experience as an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
