Join a Community Health Center as they grow. There are 30 Behavioral Health providers on staff.

Details:
•  Outpatient
•  Interest in working with underserved populations, community healthcare
•  Monday - Friday, 8-5
•  Patient care:
o  14-18 patients / day
o  1 hour initial patient appointments
o  25 minute follow up appointments
o  20 minutes crisis appointments
•  Provide care both in-person and virtually
o  build up is 90 days then can do 1-2 days virtual, if you'd like
o  after 6 months can do 2 days in clinic and 3 days virtual
•  Participate in afterhours telephone coverage rotation 1-2 times / year, 1 week at a time
•  EMR: NextGen
•  Spanish is a plus, but not required
