Dates: 7/10 – 10/2
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8am-5pm. No Wed
Ages 2+
2-3 patients per hour
1 APP and 1 MA only in clinic,
No OccMed but could start down the road, Possible sport/school physicals if patient requests, Primary Care, some Wellness. No DEA req'd
EMR: eClinicalWorksREQUIREMENTS
Board Certified
Active NC license
BLS, ACLS
