Desired Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
Open to 2 providers working alternate shifts.
Worksite Setting: Outpatient office
Scope of Work: This is for work in their Migraine and Headache clinic.
Requirements: BLS, Board Certification/Eligible in Neurology, Fellowship trained is preferred, WA license, Headache Specialist, DEA, Covid and flu vaccine, BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, DEA, DOT.
