Setting: Surgical Center
Flexible Schedule: 8-, 10-, 12 hour shifts at least 3 days per week

Case mix includes GI, Plastics, Urology, General, ENT, Peds, Ortho and Ophthalmology
2 OR rooms
EMR - Epic
CRNA, PA license, and COVID vaccine required.
