Hours of clinic M-F 8:30a – 6p
call 6p – 9a M-F shared with 3 or 4 other providers.
Sat. 8:30a – 1p then call (shared)
Sunday is call only.
Outpatient Avg of 3 PPH
Must be boarded or board eligible. State License
