I work for a Health Care Center in Hammond, Chesterton, Lake Station, and Portage, IN and we are looking for a full-time OB/GYN Physician.
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable healthcare to everyone, including the uninsured and underinsured in the state of Indiana. Our center is striving to be recognized as the best quality health care facility in the community, and secondly to be among the top-ranked community health centers in the country.
We offer full obstetric services and have convenient locations and hours to serve our mothers-to-be. From pregnancy testing through prenatal care, to delivery and post-partum follow-up care, as well as gynecology services, our skilled providers are there to answer questions and provide professional treatment for our patients.
The OB/GYN Physician will provide assessments of health status, formulate diagnosis and implement appropriate treatment plans designed to maximize the health of patients, seeks to promote maximal health among clinic patients, and more. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Along with a life insurance policy, short and long term disability. Education:
• Graduate of a medical school approved by the council of Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association in fulfillment of education requirements for licensure in the State of Indiana.
• Must be board certified or board eligible in the field of specialty. Qualifications:
