DX/Mammo Radiologist NEEDED!! ***Must be willing to be cross-credentialed *** Average time to credential: 45-60 days Required Procedures: Breast Biopsies, Tumor Board. IR procedures will be done by the IR clinician. Schedule: Mon thru Fri 8a-5p; Weekends required (Tele Shift Q4 from home 13 per year); No call required
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:Must have the following: - MQSA certification
- DEA
- Active CA license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
ABOUT THE FACILITY Beds: 120 Daily DX Volume: 140 Daily Mammo Volume: 10 % of modality split: 10% Mammo, 90% DX EMR: Epic Voice Recognition and PACS: Powerscribe Avg # of cases per RAD per day: 50
