Monterey, CA: 
  Dates needed  asap - 8/31 Mon-Fri: M/Tu 7a-4p, W/Th 8:30a-5:30p, F 6:30a-10:30a
  Site specific info:  Ages 3+, Also has a PA and MA in clinic. Wellness programs: Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Diabetes Management, Nutrition, Well Visit Exams, Sports/School Physicals, Well Woman/Pap Smear Exams

DESCRIPTION: 

·        On-site clinics for employees and their family members

·        Clinics is on-site at businesses

·        Primary Care and Wellness Programs

·        Avg. 2-3 patients per hour

·        EMR: eClinicalWorks


REQUIRED: 

·        CA state license; active, unrestricted
·        DEA
·        Experience in Urgent Care or OccMed is a plus, but not required
·        BLS or ACLS

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
