•  This facility is looking for coverage ASAP ongoing
•  The facility will look at providers that can cover at least 1-2 weeks a month at minimum
•  Inpatient and outpatient work
•  Single Coverage
•  Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8-5
•  The physician will be in the clinic three half days and three half days in the hospital. There will be one full day of clinic.
•  Call Schedule: Monday through Thursday weeknight on call and Friday through Sunday 24 hour call shifts
•  Call Details: 3-5 calls per shift and the physician averages coming back into the facility while on call 2-3 times per shift
•  Number of patients in the clinic per day: 15-20 patients
•  Bread and butter and total joints required at this facility
•  EMR: Cerner Community Works
•  30 days to privilege at this facility/ Temp privilege are available
