Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking an OBGYN for locum tenens located in Kenansville, North Carolina to provide inpatient locums coverage.
New providers will need to come in the day prior call orientation.

State License: North Carolina
Education: MD/DOCoverage Needed: 06/30/23 7am to 07/07/23 7am
7/8/23 7am to 7/26/23 7am
7/28/23 7am to 8/07/23 7am
08/23/23 7am to 08/30/23 7am
Schedule: Monday mornings-Friday evenings and weekends during recruitment. Hours for call are 7am-7am for both weekdays and weekends. Provider not required to be on-site all day, but will need to round daily and be available for all deliveries and emergency OBGYN related surgeries. Details: Will accept candidates who want to do 100 percent inpatient or a mix of inpatient and outpatient # of Surgical cases/mo: 14
30-40 deliveries per month
Inpatient census/day: 2-3
BLS & NRP certifications required
Procedures include: C-section, circumcision, pp tubals, vaginal deliveries, D&C & laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy
3 labor rooms, 16 patient rooms & 6 newborn beds, 2 AWHONN Fetal Monitoring instructors
Med-Peds support
NICU support provided
EMR – EPIC
Level II Trauma ED
Medical ICU
Level 1 Nursery
GE Centricity Centralized Fetal Monitoring
Latest Stryker Towers for laparoscopic procedures
24/7 on-call anesthesiology and radiology support
24-hr Surgical Services available
Ortho available 4 days/week
Cardiology, on site 5 days/week
Critical Care via telemedicine
Psychiatry available
24/7 Hospitalist programs (Med-Peds)
