SPECIALTY: NP OccMed/Primary Care/Some UC
TYPE: Locum Tenens - 1099 contract
LOCATION: Arden Hills, MN
JOB NUMBER: 41022
DESCRIPTION:
Dates: 6/7 - Ongoing
Schedule: Tues and Wed 7:30am-4pm
16 hrs per week
Seeing patients on Tues and until noon on Wed. 12-4 on Wed will be for charting, scanning, etc.
0-5 patients per day
Primary Care, OccMed, Wellness, and some Urgent CareREQUIREMENTS
Active MN license
DEA
