Description
A New York City-based health services network is currently seeking a licensed Surgeon to join their team in Manhattan as their new Vascular Surgeon.
Responsibilities:
The Vascular Surgeon will be responsible for:
- Elective arterial and venous surgery,
- Endovascular and open vascular surgery,
- Emergency surgery, including vascular trauma
- Assisting dialysis access,
- Providing wound care, amputation prevention and limb salvage
- Teaching of General Surgery Residents, Medical students and Physician Assistants
- Performing other duties
Qualifications:
- General Surgery experience with significant a Vascular background
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
- Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
