Description
CRNAs needed near Gaylord, MI to start ASAP and work ongoing.
- Practice Setting: Anesthesia coverage for the hospital
- Schedule (Shifts/Hours): 6:45a-3:15p (with .5 lunch 8hr total) and 6:45a-5:15p (with .5 lunch 10hr total)
- Documentation System/EMR: Meditech
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: TBD, call coverage only
- Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level 4
- Annual ER Volume: Approximately 19,000 annually
- Description of OR Staff: Traditional tech, RN
- Number of Operating Rooms: 5 OR's 2 procedure rooms
- Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License?: Yes
- Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.): BLS and ACLS
- Training or Experience Required (Will You Accept New Grads?): No, we prefer experienced providers capable of servicing level 4 trauma facility with heavy general surgery and GYN, labor & delivery
- Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Primarily Adult, pediatrics are transferred out
- Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases
- Covid Vaccine Required
- Clean background with NO disciplinary actions and NO malpractice -Required
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
